    Had an appointment at 10.40am didn't get seen til 11.30 am not good ! Friday 5 April
    Nurse that takes blood very very rube Monday 25 March
    My appointment was 10:50 and I was Called @11:40 I need to pick my daughter @ 11:30 asked the receptionist but she said Just wait for your turn we can't do anything Dr will call you shortly Thursday 21 March
    I am housebound but was still asked to come into the surgery. I had to attend in a wheelchair and my husband found the ramp from disabled parking too steep and very difficult to push me into the surgery. The whole visit wasn't a nice experience and I think building is badly designed especially for those with walking difficulties. Thursday 21 March
    Made sure that a downstairs room was available as I am unable to go upstairs because of this my appointment turned into being just under a 2 hour visit! Monday 11 March
