My appointment was 10:50 and I was Called @11:40 I need to pick my daughter @ 11:30 asked the receptionist but she said Just wait for your turn we can't do anything Dr will call you shortly	Thursday 21 March 2024
I am housebound but was still asked to come into the surgery. I had to attend in a wheelchair and my husband found the ramp from disabled parking too steep and very difficult to push me into the surgery. The whole visit wasn't a nice experience and I think building is badly designed especially for those with walking difficulties.	Thursday 21 March 2024

Rearranginging cancelled appoinent would a good idea my appointment was for a smear that is about 5yr over due I went for the original one yrs ago but the lab said my name could not be read on the test my nanna died of womb cancer and I takes alot for me physc myself up to attend these appoints	Wednesday 6 March 2024

You don’t help with anything, I tried to book some blood tests because I haven’t had any in the past 5 years I I’ve been feeling very sick lately and you said it’s not a good reason to book blood test. My daughter is very sick for the past 2 weeks vomiting all the time every day having high fever every day and you sent her home without any treatment saying she only has a stomach bug. When I try to book an appointment it’s after one month. When I try to book emergency appointments there are never left. I don’t get help with anything from this go and always end up in A&E	Friday 23 February 2024
