We are starting to introduce the NHS Digital First approach that lets patients use new online ways to get in touch with us. This does not replace existing ways to contact us, but offers additional ways for those who like to be more digital!
As this is a new way of working for the practice, as well as for patients, we are currently limiting the things that can be done here on the website. Answer the questions below to see if you can get in touch with us online.
Do you have a question about something administrative, for example joining the practice, a sick note or a prescription?
Do you have a question about a medical problem or your health?
This system is for non-urgent requests only. Call 999 now if you have any of the following:
Signs of a heart attack pain like a very tight band, heavy weight or squeezing in the centre of your chest | Signs of a stroke face drooping on one side, can’t hold both arms up, difficulty speaking | Severe difficulty breathing gasping, not being able to get words out, choking or lips turning blue |
Heavy bleeding that won’t stop and spraying, pouring or enough to make a puddle | Severe injuries or deep cuts after a serious accident | Seizure (fit) someone is shaking or jerking because of a fit, or is unconscious (can’t be woken up) |

If you would like an appointment then you can check our online appointment availability using the NHS app. You can submit your request but this does not guarantee we will provide an appointment. We may provide advice or signpost you to the most suitable healthcare provider. If you'd prefer to speak with us instead then please call reception.
Getting Help To Go Digital
